The (SBLC) is a general education problem- solving team. The members of the team work together to develop solutions for students who need additional support in the classroom.

The Purpose of the SBLC is:

·    To provide a forum which allows parents and staff to address concerns about student performance

· Increase student success by providing interventions or strategies to the teacher(s), parents, and the student

· Ensure that available services are used effectively

· Involve parents in the educational process
